Sounds like he's just avoiding answering the question. What's he supposed to answer, that it will be more than $400? If someone ask you "will your product which you are launching in 2017 be more expensive than the similar product your #1 competitor is launching in 2 months?" you're obviously going to try to avoid answering it, it's classic PR.
