Age of consent may be 16 but anyone younger than 18 is a minor and pornographic matiriel of a minor here is illegal even if its a drawing, animation etc.

Which is weird because in reality there are plenty of adults who look like minors. But if it's in fiction it's instantly a crime.

That's like forbidding an 18 year old to have sex because he looks like 15.
