They have no chance of winning.
The biggest mistake they made was the fact they are dragging Valve into this who has infinitely more (and expensive) lawyers on their side which gives them a big edge in this case.
Valve also likely has various agreements in place to prevent this sort of thing from happening which they can wave around in court.
