Sony - Best TV for PS4 Pro? - View Post

It really depends on what you're after. I personally would never game on a TV ever again. I upgraded to a 1ms gtg monitor and there's a noticeable difference in the screen refresh rates between the monitor and the TV. But that feature may not be important to you. I got it specifically to reduce lag for my games.

I'll sacrifice colors if it means having a seemingly lag-less display. This isn't my monitor. I still don't need 4K, because I'd rather do 1080 with greater graphical fidelity. Looking as how long we were on 4:3 aspect ratio, I don't see a need to go to 4k when I can just get better 1080.

Also, I forgot about the HDR.  And, TVs of that size usually are going to come with more input lag.  So, again, you don't get to check off every box when it comes to features on a monitor, or TV.  You don't get everything.  Personally, I just want the ps4  pro for stable freamerates, and greater graphics.

You got the OP just right
