I'll give you uncharted, tlou, tomb raider and GTA but mgs and splinter cell don't really fit into that, especially the older games. Mgs 3 may be 50% story but it still has amazing level design and stealth challenges

When a "game" has as many cutscenes as gameplay it's trash in my opinion and all of those to me belong in one single genre of garbage. but again thats just me.
