Considering I have not really liked a Nintendo 1st party game since SNES days i'd have to say for me no. My choice (if I had to only buy one console, which I don't) would be PS4+PC. In fact the PROs of a console are enough for me that quite a few games that sell on the PC I get for PS4 instead.
Don't get me wrong, I do buy the argument for most people it's a clear choice to go with PC for multiplatform games unless you really do have a pathetic PC. But sometimes it really is good to buy that PS4 metal case collectors edition to display on your shelf. Steam doesn't provide anything like that.
