Yes most of my JRPG's are on consoles (But i play most of them on PC thanks to emulation). JRPG is one of my fav genres. Anyone who knows me knows this to be true.

This is how i play my console games on PC and also where the biggest part of my JRPG collection is.

Thats just some of my PS1+2+PSP games collection that i have stored on my PC.

My Steam jrpg collection will grow also no  fear of this. If you look at my wish list you will see many many jrpg's added to it that im just waiting to buy .

Plus i plan on buying a PS4Pro for the JRPG's thats not released on Steam . Them PS4 Exclusive jrpg's are much more important to me then any other exclusive on the console.

Yeah all games you have not payed for,

and if you really would want having these JRPGs on PC you would have bought some of them by now instead of Fallout 4, there are plenty of JRPGs and japanese type games on steam
