I think Breath of the Wild and Xenoblade are basically the upper tier of what's possible on Wii U, so that's baiscally that. Bayonetta 2 and Captain Toad are probably the other two visual showcases. 

Nintendo systems are designed after the N64 to be pretty easy to get most of the power out of. 

But you'll notice two different results based on two different approaches in game design. The others Bayo and CPT Toad, probably fell short if their potential due to deadlines and budgets. Year one and two games are hardly ever reach the best graphics a console can handle.
