You missed almost everyone of my points. Buying games, selling games, refunding games. Easily lending games/borrowing games.

Also installing a game takes seconds(depending on size) - downloading takes hours.

I have two PC disks. Fallout 4, and skyrim.  Skyrim I installed quickly. Uninstalled it (to install it to a difference directory). Then reinstalled it. Fallout 4 is just a disk with steam on it. It took a couple hours to download it. If I were to uninstall it it would again take that long to download it.

That is a huge difference.
