For me the biggest thing is plug and play. And tailor made experiences.
You take console out of box, and just plug it in and thats it. Updates and everything are downloaded for you. Games a purpose built to fit your exact hardware. Everything just works.
And the second biggest thing is the cost of entry. best way I will describe it, is that I like performance. But there is only so much I'm willing to pay for it.
So price and plug and play.
On another note, when threads like these start popping up at a higher frequency, it usually means that a console is threading in PC waters again. Last time this many threads about console vs PC was about was around 2013.
