Going to wait it out until true 4K 60fps next generation consoles - aka PS5 and XB2. Since it's highly likely that the next generation consoles will continue to be x86 (hence the entire reason they ditched PowerPC cores of Xbox 360/PS3), the entire PS4 and XB1 game collections will be backwards compatible with new consoles. I don't see the point of purchasing a $400 PS4 Pro and likely at least a $400 XB1 Scorpio when I anticipate next gen consoles to launch in 2019, 2020 at the latest. I also do NOT want a 4K LED screen as it's a downgrade from my Panasonic plasma for movie/TV watching. I am waiting for LG 4K OLED HDR TVs to drop down in a price a bit to have a real TV upgrade alongside next gen consoles. Thus, by 2019-2020, I'll just jump straight to a PS5/XB2 and a new OLED 4K HDR TV. In the meantime, I'll play all 3rd party cross-platform games (bonus: at cheaper prices) on my PC at 2560x1440.
