1 million on city is a very high population and actualy undesirable, I would love being able to do my work in a sub 100k city and having all the ammenities of big cities while not facing traffic. I get close to that today.

I think that Brazil's biggest city, in population, has over 11-12 Millions of people and is the 7-9 biggest city, in population, of the World.
