That is a really high speed. Usually the companies sell the internet as one thing and only give 5-15%.

Some months ago, the government + the companies of internet  tried to make Internet a limited service instead of a "pay 1 month and use unlimited". They wanted something like mobile internet. They also said that people like Gamers, who play a lot of online games and download a lot of games, were the ones that made them take that decision: "Gamers use much more MB/GB than a normal person. Thus we can't give a quality service while they use so much internet.".
