Sounds like a good choice for a first build. My one next year will hopefully be sporting an i7 since I'm wanting to record and edit footage myself (Streaming won't be often since my upload sucks). DDR4 I'm not so keen on since it's only giving that bit more perf rather than a bigger gap like it was between DDR2 to 3 (options will still be there though). Probably going to keep my PSU since it's more than enough as well as my Corsair Vengeance C70 and SSD. The new build will basically consist of a new mobo, CPU, GPU while being paired with a new SSD and HDD, possibly DDR4, though I might just stick with DDR 3 16gb kit.
Gaming wise I'd probably go for the Western Digital Black series 2TB. So far it's served me well with it's space and performance.
Almost forgot to add that I might go for a Geforce G-sync monitor at some point, though that's entirely dependent on the models and their price ranges next year.

If you buy a Skylake/upcoming Zen CPU or later, you'll have to get DDR4 though because DDR3 isn't compatible with the new mobo range.

Or to be more correct DDR3 is not compatible with the CPU architecture and as a result no motherboard that supports the CPU will allow yo to use DDR3 since it has a Chipset that catered to the CPU. But that is just splitting hairs. :D
