It could well be $449. I could could see MS taking a $50 hit on it aswell. For example it costs them $500 but they retail it for $449.

If they launch it at $449 or $399 I could see Sony dropping the Pro to $349 next fall. They'll want to keep a $50 gap but would prefer $100 plus obviously.
