well, in terms of what you were originally complaining in this topic, literally every single country you mentioned will have 1) great internet connection in terms of price/quality with no data caps, 2) normally priced hardware and software, as in, the consoles/games/pc components/etc will cost the same everywhere and decent wages for the cost of living in each country. not to mention general safety, good healthcare and well educated populations.
there have been some problems as well, mostly since the 2007 economic crysis, especially on unemployment. but nothing even remotely as bad as what's been happening in Brasil recently.
