It does. At first the symptoms are confined to your motor abilities but as the disease progresses, it turns the person with Parkinson into something else, making them unrecognizable.

AND the medication you need to take for Parkinsons effects your mental state-  one minute a person can be very lucid- the next they may not know who one of their own family members is-  Parkinsos is serious, progressive  and debilitating
