Maybe, maybe not... Xbox One is still the baseline for developers when the Scorpio releases. And there won't be any exclusives (Scorpio only) for the console apart from VR. Hence its still tied down to this generation.
When PS5 eventually launches, you can be sure that MS isn't long to follow suit.
