Well that's the point lol

I don't know why they keep censoring the name of the games in Europe but most Ratchet games have a title with sexual innuendos in NA.

Well it wasn't censorship as much as localization - Going Commando and Up Your Arsenal didn't translate to seven languages well and keep the innuendo. Same reason the Future saga isn't called Future in Europe! Not sure why Deadlocked changed, but I'm assuming Gladiator was just an easier translation too.
