As a PC gamer i'm excited about both Pro and Neo in the sense that they should bring more performance out of that TFLOP range, that should carry over to PC.
I'll be honest, rocking a 980Ti at 4K and not even thinking about a 1080Ti . More interested in Volta, possibly as my last GPU upgrade for perhaps...ever?
4K TV's are just in their infancy without cable and streaming catching up, it looks like 4K is all you will need for a LONG time and good place to standardize. Consoles giving you good visuals at this resolutions...what on earth are AMd and Nvidia going to sell me on? No need for 200 fps graphics card to game on a 60hz display.
PC gaming needs emerging technologies to move forward. fast.
