If you cannot see the differences then I would suggest getting an eye appointment, ebcause I can see them and so can people in the comments section of where these pictures were posted to.

Sorry about the typos, I usually type using my phone (long story).

I am not saying there isn't a difference. And obviously native will always be better than Upscaled or uprendering (that's what Sony calls it). Im talking more of the implementation of such a a tech. Pickyness aside anyone that looks at it will have to admit that it looks really good for a $400 box compared to what kinda PC you would need to handle native 4k.

And the big deal about this tech is that its hardware based on the PS4pro, which means it will be better than any software based solution of the technique. Really makes me wonder why GPU manufacturers hadn't done this all this time. And now sonys gone and slapped a patent on it.

I do seem some blurring, but it is quite minimal. Of course we cannot expect a 1:1 with native 4K. Even the photo is not a complete 1:1 comparison as Lara has moved just a tad, we don't know if there was intentional motion blur due to camera movement but Im just assuming here. Do you know if the PC picture version settings were on ultra or high?

PC is on Ultra

Yes it is, and that's kinda the point. So right now we are comparing a $400 console running faux4k to a PC on ultra running native 4k. And all we have to say about it is, Slightly blurry? I call that a win for said $400 box. Imagine what could be accomplished with a 6TF GPU using this kinda tech and instead using 1440p native pairs as opposed to 1080p pairs.
