For $399 it is nothing short of amazing, only bad thing is exclusion of a 4k bluray drive.
Also never understand the cheap pc vs console argument. All the people I know in pc gaming built pc's above $800, often twice that with the latest cpus and gpus and are on yearly upgrade cycles. PC gamers want a notable difference against the consoles and this whole ""console price" is going against that.
Who is actually buying a $299-399 pc with the intent of playing at console settings, not only is your pc hopelessly outdated but you're also missing out on all the AAA exclusives like Uncharted, Horizon, God of War and Spiderman. This wass the reasoning 2-3 years ago and still valid today, only difference is PS4 Pro is now providing the equivalent of even pricier pcs, at the same cost. Looking at Tomb Raider and Deus Ex, it's not exactly 1:1 but who cares when it costs $1000 less.
