That's 90%, or about 2300 people working full-time on it. That's a pretty big payment roll, and they should have had it close to that for a few years. Wii Fit had what? 100 people? And they can't have been working on it for ages neither, as it isn't exactly a hard to make game (but that doesn't mean it isn't awesome) WoW doesn't have 10M paying each month, I think it has had 12M players in total, are you telling me that 85% of the players still play? Of course, WoW is more profitable, but I don't think as much as people seem to think (at least I think they think they think) |
World of Warcraft has right now 10.7 millions active subscribers, people spending money every month. I believe far more than 12 millions people played WoW, since there should be millions of ex-WoW players.
