The XBOS feels like a Pro + a Slim + a 4K blu-ray drive for $300.

I don't see where the comparison is at all. MS won this on by a mile. It doesn't matter that Scorpio is out next year. XBOS is out now and essentially already does what the Pro does for $100 less. Scorpio will come out next year and do more. Pro isn't even remotely powerful enough to make a marketable difference over the XBOS, let alone the PS4/Slim.

If you have a 4K TV, HDR, and are looking for a new console this holiday, I don't see why anyone would pick a PS4 product over the XBOS. It's cheaper, smaller, plays games in "4K," uses HDR, plus it plays 4K Blu-Rays which neither SP products do.

Also, stop talking about PC like it's a factor in console affairs. When it comes to consoles, PC doesn't matter. There's no "if you want a premium console, you'll just get a PC." If you want a premium console, you'd have gotten a PS4 because PC is irrelevant to console gamers. Scorpio will appeal to a huge audience of people who want a powerful console but don't want the inconveniences of PC, and that's more than enough to sell it.

What are you talking about? The PS4 Pro is 3 times more powerfull than the Xbox One S the differnece will be huge in games like Call of Duty.
