PS4Pro:

Disappointed in the specs, it's really not much of an upgrade imho.
On top of that, the limitations being put on developers makes the upgrade even less worth it imho.
The price is nice.
No UHD disc support is puzzling, but the weak specs are the real deal breaker for me. I own a PS4 but I am not a big Playstation guy, so Sony would have needed to wow me to get me to buy a new PS4, they didn't wow me.

Scorpio:

Specs look great, if we can get better more consistent frame rates than what we get currently on consoles and with better graphics then I'll be happy.
Waiting to see exactly what they will allow developers to do. I am a big MP guy, if I have a Scorpio and the dev wants to make my game 60fps, they should be able to do it regardless of what someone else might be using and playing with. This is how it's worked on PC for decades. Apparently Sony will force Pro versions to perform at parity with vanilla PS4. If true and MS goes the other route, it would give Scorpio a big advantage for me personally.

I also hope they include a bigger HDD. I literally laughed when Cerny mentioned a 1TB HDD as if it was some great gift they were bestowing upon gamers. The 500GB consoles are already way too small. Doubling that, while adding more data to the games, and giving us no UHD disc support which means we'd have to download movies.. I don't get it.

I have optimism with the Scorpio, probably just because we don't know much about it yet except that the specs blow Xbone away.
