Do PS3 or XBOX360 have enough juice to run SimCity 4?

Sim City 4 "finally" runs smooth on my Core 2 and 2 gigs of Ram.

My old P4 with 1 gig ram struggled. I think this game is more CPU intensive rather than GPU so the video card isnt as important.
