Do PS3 or XBOX360 have enough juice to run SimCity 4?

I'm pretty sure the specs for Sim City 4 is low enough for the Wii (game is almost 5 years old now, I think).

I would actually prefer that EA admit Sim City Societies was the worst game they ever made, then let Will Wright make a real Sim City 5 that is multi-plat(PC, 360, PS3 and Wii)
