Sales wise... hard to say. FFXV would probably be by far the highest selling JRPG (other than Pokemon) this decade, regardless of whether it used a turn based or action battle system. The brand name is just that strong. And of course we wouldn't know what the difference would actually be unless they released both styles of game which they seem loathe to do.

Edit: Oh and surely I'm not the only one who thought this was another Rise of the Tomb Raider thread right?
