If money is an issue you can always sell on your current ps4 for around $200 and get the Pro.  

Then there's the matter of a TV ...

There are excellent benefits for a 1080p TV.  Personally I'm going to stick with that for now and either get a 4k TV in the January sales or wait another year for that.  I want the really high end 4k TV'S but I want them to go sub $1000 first.

You'll still get a really good 4k for a lot less though.  Especially in January or a year from now.
