Do PS3 or XBOX360 have enough juice to run SimCity 4?

That's a pretty cool idea to expand the series' popularity. My comp doesn't seem to have much trouble at the moment though.

Only problem is, my SimCity 4 tends to crash after about 10 minutes of playing :(
Probably all the mods.
