I know, and I agree with isntallation, but that was not the problem, the problem was the massive amount of data that I had to DOWNLOAD. I have only 10 Mb connection, and this kind of "update" destroys my gaming time, which I dont have much these days...

That's the beauty of instant on mode. Everything downloads while I'm asleep so by the next morning it's all ready to go. For instance Halo 5 had an update today, but by the time I woke up the game had already updated. This goes for all my games. It does suck that you have a 10 Mb connection. Mine is 118 Mb last time I checked, but mine was pretty terrible less than a couple months ago so I feel your pain.

Except Instant-on requires additional power consumption.
I live in a part of the world with one of the highest electricity prices.

It can also inconveniently suck up all your bandwidth when you wish to do something else, like... Stream.

It would just be simpler than instead of being given 2 options... I.E. "Download and Skip+Stay Offline" we were given a 3rd like "Download later".
Or take a page out of Blizzards book and allow us to pre-load the patch.
