$400 PC VS PS4 Pro

Depends on your needs and etc. If you look at the benefits of PC and the disadvantages of them and the disadvantages scare you away, get a ps4 Neo.

$400 PC will not have the same performance as the Ps4 Pro but having a computer has its advantages such as doing other things in addition to being able to play games.

So if you just want to play games, get the pro. If you have to do other things and can't afford both (and don't already have a computer), get a PC.
