PS4 Pro already prove to be able to run THE WITCHER 3 at Native 1800P 30 FPS (and this is on pc not on console witch always have a better optimised version) so I believe that technology beeing able to deliver  "near 4k experience" (2160P) is LEGIT

don't know i have to see an analysis, anyway doesn't change that fact that it's upscaled, that's was the message of my comment.
