Not with that CPU!

Not only its 2.1 ghz(which is still bad for 2016 standards) but it is AMD cpu which means very low IPC(instructions per cycle).Any game that is cpu-heavy or at least rely on cpu more than just for simple tasks won't magically reach locked 60fps(reads unlock ~80fps).

 

I just hope bloodborne gets one mode like this.
