Who is more likely to give Nintendo a run;next gen?Nintendo's demise?

Ok lets assume Nintendo has this current console generation wrapped up.The next batch of consoles:The "PS4",the "Xbox 720"and the "wii HD" are announced at E3.Who do you think will give the next Nintendo console a run for its money? The PS4,or the 720? Who do think will dominate the market? Keep in mind that;the next Sony console wont be the market outcast due to price.Also the 720 will likely be RROD free,and more appealing to the gaming market.
