I'm pretty excited for the NEO.

I was doing a few benchmarks at 4K medium-high settings, no AA with only one of my 980ti and... was extremely surprised by the results! I got between 40-65FPS(highest on GTA V, lowest on TW3)

Let's say that NEO gets a GPU equivalent to the GTX960, and with console optimization, it gets to 980-980ti reference performance levels, now my 980ti is running with a boost clock of 1500Mhz, that's over 500Mhz above reference base clock, so mine is at least 25% faster than reference,I'm also using an i7 5960X running @ 4.5Ghz as processor, so it probably is leaps and bounds above the NEO's CPU.With that in mind, I think Neo Could comfortably achieve gameplay at native 4K30FPS with a few slowdowns here and there like we get now if it uses the same settings the PS4 currently use.

With all that said I don't think they should focus on 4K, the whole point of that resolution is to have a pristine picture for noticing all graphical assets, and at medium-high settings, a lot of the details in the image are lost.I honestly think that with the NEO they should focus on achieving 1080p Ultra settings gameplay at 60FPs and decent AA.
