The only solution I can imagine is Sony implements some sort of disc identification system with PS Now. Let's say you insert your Ni No Kuni disc in the PS4 or Neo. Your console reads the disc and gives the thumbs up to PS Now, allowing the service to stream the game.
This likely the best available solution in order to work around the lack of backwards compatibility, but I highly doubt Sony is willing to do it or even thinking about it.
