Yea I would set the time a couple days in advanc,but stuff always comes up or I forget. At the risk of being a no show i'll schedule it the day we have the match with couple hours to prepare.

Well, If you plan it every Tuesday, Wednesday or whatever is maintainable. Since you have nordlead to step in (he is just moving right now).
