Today's critics with the exception of a few reviewers are usually fair and reasonable. While some games get over inflated review scores. Most reviews are reasonable.
I would only buy a game with an average review score of 90% or higher and has to be the genres I like. Games between 75% to 89.9% I would rent or buy the game if I liked it I would buy it second hand. Anything below 75% to me is not even worth looking at.
