Also, your example is terrible. The law about killing people is very clear. "Provoking relegion" is extremely vague.

 

And? Yes you can MOVE if you dont want to follow such laws. Or you can follow those laws and still, legally, fight for change. Or you can move and fight for change from overseas. There are options. Just dont break the law.
