How about provoking/insulting people for their sexual preferences, does that fall under the same law?
Or perhaps arresting those people would count as provoking/insulting people because of their religion?
OT: Serves him right for forcing all those innocent Pokémon into captivity. If Pokémon GO ever served one purpose it would be exposing the people who would be perfectly fine with owning slaves had they been born in a time where the act was readily available and socially acceptable.
