Follow these steps to add your customised PSN Profile Banner (4.00 Update Required).
1 - Visit this thread (short URL: http://goo.gl/fYBia8) on your PS4 browser and press square button to go full screen
2 - Pick a banner you like the look of
3 - Click on the 'image URL' link (found at the bottom of this comment) of the image you wish to use.
4 - Press 'Share' button and save screenshot (quick tip: move mouse pointer to bottom of the page!)
5 - Go to your profile page
6 - Select '...' button
7 - Select 'Change Cover Image'
8 - Select 'Change Image'
9 - Select the screenshot you took earlier from the 'Other' folder
10 - Align the image within the guide marks
11 - Select 'OK'
