The origional Resistance did not sell masses in its opening week but has had consistant sales. i think Resistance 2 will have a big opening week and have consistant sales also.

Uh... Resistance had consistant sales because it was bundled.

It was bundled for three months in the UK. At most that can account for 150,000 units in sales. I'm seriously sick of hearing that.

It was not only bundled in the UK, it was bundled everywhere in Europe (Starter Pack).

 

You are right but is still isn't accounting for a very substantial amount of sales. From July to September, Sony put Motorstorm and Resistance in a bundle only in Europe.

Adding the sales from week ending July 7th to September 29th is 240,776 units. I'm going to be somewhat liberal in my estimates but once again the bundle would only count for 150,000 units since you can't assume that every copy of the game sold was through a bundle in Europe for that time period. People love to undermine the PS3.

So the bundles have accounted for ~17% (out of a total 1.45 mil) of Resistance's sales in EU. Thats discounting the 1.2 mil in US as well.
