Wait, can we still vote for this? I removed it thinking could not.

I've always voted based on my region and a few times where the EU release has been at start of the month rather than end of the previous month such as Star Ocean V been 1st July launch compared to a 28th June NA launch, Not sure if they counted though but nobody said they didn't either :)
