Some tough choices indeed.
Uncharted 2 is a brilliant game, deserving of a spot amongst the best games of all time. It's a big step up from the first game and still the best in the series. It's extremely polished and a fun story to boot with some cool set-pieces. Definitely recommended. Personally I'd say this game is the high-point in the series though, so if you'd play Uncharted 3 and 4 afterwards, try not to expect it to get better than 2.
Twilight Princess is a very refined Zelda game, with some of the best dungeons and boss fights ever in probably any video game. If you liked Ocarina of Time, you will like Twilight Princess. However because it plays it safe in that regard, you may be let down since Wind Waker is your favorite; people usually like one or the other. Besides Fallout 4, which you can make as long as you want almost, Twilight Princess is the longest of these games, I've been 100%-ing it (without guides) and I'm at almost 65 hours now with still a dungeon and an optional dungeon to complete and some more collectibles to find.
Tomb Raider was a surprise to me, I liked that game a lot. It's semi-open world and it really encourages the exploration. It has some extra depth in combat versus say Uncharted, some good puzzles and I found it brought some fresh new gameplay elements to the genre. I had a better time with it than with Uncharted 4, though the latter and the other Uncharted games have a way more clever story and more interesting character developments.
As to what you should play, I'm biased towards Twilight Princess, but I'd say you can't go wrong with any of these three.
