I'm reading conflicting information. 

I thought the XB1s is built using 16nm finfet. If they can do that to the XB1 APU then they can do it to the PS4 APU.

So I believe the PS4s/XB1s are using 16nm finfet. 

But Polaris and Zen are on 14nm finfet?

What's going on here?
