I live in Brazil and PC is a success because of the digital prices of Steam. The biggest villain is our government that taxes differently softwares from PCs and games from consoles, the other part is Sony's fault. It is very common to see a 100% difference between the prices, like R$59 on Steam and R$170 on consoles.
If the prices here had the same proportions you have with € I would only buy for consoles.
