Socialism killed 100M, boohoo, that number gets thrown around alot. I could start a pissing contest about how many people Capitalism killed but I'm not even going to start that discussion or this thread will turn into the eternal quagmire. All people must build their own wealth? Nice meritocratic idea, but it doesn't work in reality. Most wealth is passed around while in this day and age the middle class is squeezed, most people go downward. When you have a lot of people working in a large company, seizing the company and turning it over to the workers isn't seizing someone's property, it's handing the workers the means of production they are entitled to. |
And the phalacy that socialism worked or help people is also throw, but never close to be even proved, but since you won't discuss it no problem.
It works in reality. At some point in time someone had to start to build the wealth, it can take one or multiple generations for it to happen, and in a lot of cases in some generations it vanishes a lot. Look at most bilionaires and bigger companies, most of them are far young and caming from scratch, not handled gen over gen.
They were paid to work and could leave at any moment. Why didn't you handled your house back to the people that constructed it since you seem to believe it's theirs.
