I will say it is a curious choice not to add in 4k support. If they are doing a revision, why not add it in and not let MS have any marketing advantage? Most 4k HDR bluray players from amazon seems to be around the same price so those who want a 4k bluray player will look into it.

I doubt it will make much of a difference overall but its just an odd choice imo.
