Uncharted for the PS3. Heavenly Sword is good too, albeit very short.
I also recommend Lost Odyssey for the 360 if you like the Final Fantasy games. If you like western RPG's, get Oblivion - the PS3 version is far better than the 360 version, although PC is best if you have a good enough rig (mainly due to the wealth mods available).
Oh, and I see you've got Devil May Cry on PS2? Get DMC4 for either the PS3 or 360, it's the best on in the series, IMO.
